yes... i believe it is before the final boss battle in Duke 3D.

IIRC it's the start of the level where you're on top of skyscapers/buildings. I remember it clearly. And if this game is for real, I'll be getting it. I have a hard time believing it's real.

The demo was basically a quick hash together of what they had developed over the past 12 years. I bet they have a lot of work ahead of them to get the full game ready for 2011 release. Right now most of it's just overhyped crap.
