time to get a real os...

on my computer i'm running win98, not doing too much with it, cuz it's still sort of in construction, but when i start using it regularly i want win2k, know where i can get 1 for CHEAP? or could someone let me "borrow" 1?



P.S. y do companies not want us sharing our software?(totally different issue, it'll prob lead to y dells, f*cking parts r rigged to work only in dells!!! sry, flashback...)

you could try buying a legit copy in the For Sale/Trade forum.

BTW, be careful posting about "borrowing", the mods don't like that too much.

if you share it with someone then they may have lost a potential sale. let's say your friend wants to buy win98. he tells you and you say nah man just use my copy. well msft just lost the sale to your friend. easy enough eh?

Win2K is like the only thing I managed to get from Warez sites.. I had Office2K too but lost it (never burned it).
