Nothing major, but annoying.

I'm having trouble opening up links on every page I view. Like I'm surfing newegg and I want to view pictures...it won't come up. I would have to stop load and then press go so it can load up properly. And here, in the forums, when I want to replay to a PM, I get this blank box which doesn't load- no matter how long I wait. And what's worse my email is setup up the same way. I can't get any of my messages to show because of the non-working java links:(

So is it time to format?

I have Winxp (Updated through windows update)
Nortain System Works 2003 installed.
Pop-Up stopper (disabled) -but still why won't any normal links come up?
p4 2.1ghz 80gb hdd 512mb ddr, etc...

Time to format?

Normally I wouldn't mind but, I have to repartition my 80gb, and transfering 20gb of data from one part of the hdd to another part takes a really long time:eek:

Uninstall Pop-up blocker and download Opera 7.01 ! :D Pop-up blocker is closing you pages because it's MEANT to do that, close POP-UPS of any kind.

It doesn't look like pop up stopper is doing it because, pop up would instantly kill the window not just let it sit there loading doing nothing. But I think I'll try downloading another internet browswer.

just try downloading the latest version of IE from microsoft.com and reinstall it. Sounds like you browser is just broken,

There was a critical update issued just this week that covered IE6 SP1 not responding to clicking on links on some systems. Did you get that update installed on this system?
