How do I format my comp? I want to basically start from scartch, but don't really know how. Is there a format command somewhere? I'm running XP pro.

Put your XP disc in, reboot. Windows XP Setup will start. Do not choose to repair the installation when prompted, instead, perform a new installation. Make sure you format your partiton during Setup (preferably NTFS). Then continue with the setup and if all goes well you should have a new install of Windows XP Pro. Don't forget that all data on the drive will be gone.
