Time to buy PC133 running out?

I just noticed that ram just jumped more than $10 at memman. Pricewatch listings are also slightly higher. Has there been some natural disaster again that's going to reduce supply? I been thinking about getting some more ram, just not yet. I wonder if it's time to buy. Any inside information on if the PC133 stuff is going to jump in price again? What do you think this price increase is a result of? Maybe all those rebates have something to do with it.
