Time to buy again!

Well I cooked my 1.2 T-bird last night and I need to order a new one. Are the 1.33 (266) all unlocked like the 1.2's?
And are there differant steeping issues with this chip as well for overclocking? I'm going to order overnight as any info on the above would help.

I think all the 1.33's are unlocked. And I know all 1.33's are AXIA stepping, so no problems there.
