Alright, I'm tired of my TNT2U choking on a lot of the games I play. What would be my best recourse for a video card upgrade at the moment? I've been thinking of getting an nForce board for those graphics, but I honestly don't think that will be a big difference. I'm wanting to buy a new AGP card, but I'm torn between a GF2U or a GF3Ti200 card. What is the better choice? Remember, I've survived with a TNT2U for this long, so I'm not looking to get the biggest, baddest mofo vid card on the market right now. You can check my system stats below also for a better picture of what I'm looking for.

i'd say forget the gf3 ti line and go straight for the original gf3's, which are signigicantly cheaper and almost on par with the ti500. Otherwise, get a Radeon 8500- it's like a gift that keeps on giving (with every driver release)! <= fantastic performance (what i have)

I would recommend the ATI 7200, I have a Radeon 32MB SDR and can play just about every new game available. I bought my card a year ago for 97.00.

In the same boat, and if my auto insurance weren't so high, I would have bought myself a neat Radeon 8500 for X-mas
but as my finances stand right now... I will be waiting a while longer

if you can afford it, radeon 8500. will [should] last as long as your tnt2 did, if not longer.
