Time stamp in Outlook Express 5.5

When I send and recieve. The time stamps are way off. Ive tried resetting them and it wont work. Anyone got a suggestion?

For instance If I send e-mail right now the time on it will be 9AM when in fact its 4:33PM or it will be a head - next days date. Is it settings in Outlook or Control Panel. Ive confussed myself??

I hate this. Id like to know what time I was e-mailed at....
