Time on my XP machines changes itself?

This is the second time it's happened. It goes back to pacific time zone and also changes by a couple of hours or so.

I'm in Central. I just had to change the time again by 2 hours.

The only changes i've made in the past weeks is change video drivers, back and forth on ATI between Omega drivers and Regualr Ati drivers.

This is weird.

Maybe it has something to do with the Windows Time service? I think this service is enabled by default and will try to connect to the Internet and adjusts the time accordingly.

Does it adjust the time by exactly 2 hours?
