Time Lapse Video

That was Extremely well done. Even though it was obviously edited, and damn well I might add, you got the feeling of going across the US. from the body shop, where the scruffy guy pulled out and then changed to the other scruffy guy was a good transition. also at the very end where they parked and had the "end" sign in front of the car was pretty cool too. I wish I had made that, then I'd have something to turn in for my intro to video class. Gotta get on that.

what kind of camera can you use for something like that? It was obviously well mouted, but it was very good quality for doing what it was doing

could have been just a straightup digital camera on a mount. It's obviously set on manual focus. and has a timelapse feature. probably a good bit of cash went into it. It actually seems like a music video.

Time Lapse Cameras are usually set up in stationary forms. and are set to take one shot every few minutes. this Camera was not stationary, and ws definatly taking more than a few seconds of footage at a time. I think the guy mounted the camera in his back seat, and was turing the camera on every hour or so and filmed a few minutes. then edited out the parts where he would turn the camera on and off. to make it look smoother. then sped up the film to make it look like it was time lapse.
