So we had a client that wanted to set up a call today, who was in London, and they set it up for 6:30PM GMT.
I then google "what time is it in GMT", and being in California it looks like it's 7 hours ahead--so I figure 11:30AM was when the call should've been.
However it turns out that it was for 10:30, because London is not actually GMT, it's BST (British Summer Time), which is +1 GMT..so these results are actually different from each other:
