Superman's a twerp. Batman will inevitably have bought some kryptonite to, just in case the goody two shoes goes nuts.

batman is sexier than superman with his cool car and awesome gadgets so batman wins.

plus bruce wayne is uber rich while clark kent is a geeky reporter so batman is obvious choice...

superman doesn't have need to a vehicle, he can fly (even to outer space if i'm not mistaken), he can run faster than any ground vehicle. he doesn't need gagdets because he can do the aove things plus many more. his eyes and body are weapons. he's pretty much invincible.
 
batman would obliterate superman. kryptonite bat boomarang things FTW. ( and no super couldnt dodge them because as they got clocer to him he would lose power, eventualy slowing enough to deliver the winning shot strait to his head.)
 
Batman. He has no super powers, so he has to rely on his own intelligence and resourcefulness. Superman, on the other hand, has had all these superpowers since birth that he's been able to take for granted.

Batman would outsmart Superman, exploit weaknesses, and go in for the kill.
