I hate cold weather espicially when there is ice on the ground. Last night (new years) I was going around one of those traffic circles in a neighborhood and the waterline busted about an hour earlier. The temp was about 24 F and the water froze around the entire traffic circle. Well I was in my dads 99' Crown Victoria

and went around the circle pretty fast for fun and the back end of the car came around then the front caught up and lost complete control of the car and smacked into the curb (which was a straight up curb about 8 inches high). No damage done to the body panels or anything, but I busted the front wheel and tire, and all the steering is bent and broken

At least it wasn't my truck
PS. I live in SC so this was first time on ice
