Time for memory upgrade?

I have a Pentium 4 3.0 with a pair of 256MB 3200 RAM. Should I replace them with 2 512MB Corsair Value memory? I'm asking this because it's only about $92 at the moment. I'm leaning towards this. Hopefully adding 512MB more RAM will delay my upgrade plan for another few months.
 
They really give a performance boost over the Corsair VS?

I believe the G.skill is more for the overclocking user, Corsair VS might be better for stock settings.
