I revived it to confirm since like I just said, I'm ordering right now....

Since I changed my mind on ordering the 7970, waited for the GTX 780 and 770 to come out and almost the 760, it would last longer. Lots of new hardware coming out right now so choices change.
 
The Sapphire 3L and MSI Twin Frozr are the two most mentioned (and some IceQ model, not sure which one) for over/under/clocking/volting.
