Start a thread with some info about this gym. is it a world renowned gym?

I don't really see a purpose to start an entire thread about it. I've posted enough about it in my workout thread, and there isn't really anything to discuss. Powerlifting isn't really a big enough sport to have "world reknowned" gyms, but the gym has produced a number of people that have competed well on the world level.

Like I always advocate eat big and lift big. I just wish i knew that 10 years ago rather than trying to keep a 6 pack and build muscle. As for time needed between rests i really think its individualistic. I know some people Ive worked out with be able to rest just 1-2 minutes per set and make good gains. It seems for me that my gains stop if i dont rest longer than that. Let your body tell you. Also for some of those bigger weights it takes my mind a whole lot longer than my body to get ready. But id rather wait for both to be ready than to try and do it without one of them.
