I am trying to use Timbuktu Pro to connect to my home computer from work through my Netgear RT314. So far I can Send, Exchange, Chat, and use Intercom. But when I try to use Control or Observe it connects and I get a black screen. I can use key combinations like ctrl+shift+esc to bring up the task manager and stuff but I cannot see anything. I have all the correct ports open to my home computer, and I have even tried putting it in the dmz but I still just get a black screen. I am using Win98 at work and I believe I have the correct builds of timbuktu for both OS's. Thanks for any help or links
