I was going to say pretty much this. Tebow's attitude and leadership are sky-high. It doesn't take a genius to know that will to win is a huge part of the QB position.

I was going to say that as well. And Steve Young ran a lot too. Of course passing is more important to a QB, but the ability to run and scramble only helps.

Point taken. It's just hard to ignore the record which is the most important as a TEAM. Which is why I think the defense needs so much more work than fucking around with the QB. I don't really care if Tebow, Orton, or Quinn play as long as the other side of the ball isn't forgotten. We've been able to put points on the board, but can't stop anybody from putting up more.

I think in this day and age of offense people just forget defense even matters.
