spot on. especially worse when you cant get the meds you need and you have to go to the criminals to get it. ive been caught with marijuana 3 times now, and the last time was after i was diagnosed with chrons. you think they let me go because of that? nope, but you could tell the Sargent wasnt really sure if he did the right thing.

which is just stupid because cops shouldnt be guessing their laws they enforce, you would think the laws would be specific enough to easily tell when someone is doing right or wrong.

Move to CA, no more worries.

Even if the Feds can eventually end MMJ, possession isn't even a misdemeanor here now, it is a simple infraction.

grow your own. look up diy stealth grows and start one. fuck other assholes who tell us we cannot medicate how we so choose. i am not trying to force them to do my drugs, they shouldn't force me not to.

i used to. i build a hidden room out of a walk in closet, and i even did a "shitty" job on the door-bookshelf that i made so i matched the rest of the house.

all was great for a couple years, i was able to grow exactly what i needed and nothing else (still cost me in electricity, but still cheap). then of course this girl i was seeing and i told her specifically numerous times that i didnt love her, she decided to freak out when i kicked her out saying that i didnt love her and called crimestoppers on me.

6 cops with semi auto sidearms drawn knocked on my door and let themselves in. they stated they were looking for a marijuana grow, and searched. they found 1/4oz of weed and charged me with a felony. i found out once i got to the lawyer that they falsified the police report.

but they never found the grow. they even went straight to the bookshelf... she must have told them about it... but they opened the attic door that was right next to it and looked inside where i had it all cleaned out because i thought i was going to grow in there originally (it was too hot, thats when i built the room). you could even hear the water drippin and fans running, but it was rainy outside so it just sounded like it was coming from outside.

so not thinking i would be able to get the felony charge dismissed, i took the plea deal for a class a misdemeanor. still cost me $1500 in lawyer fees and $200 fine (i never paid the fine, fuck that)

so yeah, i tried that :D lol... i wouldnt mind doing it again but i live in an apartment now for the next year or so.... not really wanting to do it in there. not the way i do it anyway.

this apartment i have though is in madison, wi. part of that choice was they dont arrest weed smokers. its just a $90 ticket for anything under and oz. i know out in denver, co you can grow about 12 plants if you have chron's... i have seriously thought about it.

You can have 25 personal plants here with no worries. The Federalis aren't going to waste resources on individual growers.

Come to California. It's our culture. I smoke every day, none of my neighbors say shit in fact I smoke with some of them every now and then. I have multiple dispensaries within walking distance and I regularly walk down to get a pre-rolled joint just to smoke it on the walk back home.
