Tim Kaine is the perfect Democratic candidate to run for the seat being left by Webb. As a former governor of VA, he's got name recognition with the voters albeit, don't know what his approval/disapproval ratings were when he left office.

He had goot ratings as Gov and still is likable here. I think he can win it. The republicans looks like they will put up the idiot that lost the seat before. So may be a easy win for Dems and help Obama at the same time.
