Tightening Timings

if this board is like all the later Giggy boards, you must press "Ctrl-F1" to get Advanced Chipset features where you can adjust those timings...don't ask me why they do this either
 
yeh...and now I see all the functions that I thought I should have (kinda sad it took 1 yr to find them). Are these functions disabled by default because once I hit crtl-f1 the ram was on the right setting but I noticied a massive improvement in terms of performance.
