Tight memory timing?

Which one of these timing are tight 2-3-2-5 or 2-2-2-6?

I can run my memory in both timing, but was curious to know which is better and faster.

3 probably means tRCD and that one is extremely important for performance, there is a big difference between tRCD running at 2 and the one running at 3 clocks. The last one 5 or 6 is probably tRAS and that one makes little difference in terms of performance but might give more stability if set to higher value.
