389.99 + free copy of AvP PC - 12% bing Cashback ($46.80) - $20 from using eBillMe for first time = $323.19 + shipping.

Not too shabby. Get the XFX Double Lifetime Warranty this way too.

The $20 rebate from eBillme ends on June 1st, and only applies to first time users. It's sort of nice because if the price drops within 90 days of purchasing, eBillMe will refund you the difference (read their website for details).

To get the 12% off at bing, search for TigerDirect in their shopping section and use the link that appears at the top. You could also probably sell the free AvP voucher for around $20.

Great deal.

However, it doesn't appear to be a reference model. If you plan on overclocking with this card, this one probably isn't the way to go.

You can get a reference XFX 5870 from TD through the same deals, but its base price is $409 as opposed to the non-reference model's $389 (though the non-reference model does come packaged with an AvP coupon).
