Tiger MP now what?

Can anyone enform me of problems with the TigerMP, especially with XPs. It requires ECC RAM, correct me if I am wrong. What would be a suffiecent power supply for this,
TigerMP
Two 1800s
Audigy
DVD ROM
DVD RW
1GB ECC DDR RAM PC 2100(4x 256)
GeForce 3 Ti 200 or Radeon 8500
maybe a few more RAID cards or the like
up to 4 HDs

If you wouldn't mind some nice heat sink and fan suggestions would be nice?
