Tiger MP and windows 2000

I use windows 2000 and run dual Athlon XP on them.

I have a Creative Geforce 2 GTS.

The problem is, when i play games for a fair amount of time, it just boot out the game automatically. Is this a problem in software or hardware wise?

That shouldn't be causing problems. With your setup everything should work perfectly. In order to isolate the problem, you should first verify such things as cpu and motherboard temperatures to assure yourself that they are within sane and acceptable levels. Try playing with an older video card and see if it happens. Try reinstalling your video drivers. Try a reformat.

is running at 80 degrees cool enough? I dun remember its celcious or ferenhigh...

but in booting, its regsiter at around 58

I doubt that is F unless you are on an old cpu, and 80 is really high for your C... get some asII and get a descent heatsink; if you have one, maybe you installed it wrong?

Oh, and I am not running registered RAM... would that be a problem?

Well, it's certainly not helping - especially if you use more than one stick. According to Tyan it's not supported at all.

Regardless of what others write or claim, Registered modules are required for the Tyan boards. Why in the hell try to save a few measly dollars with unbuffered modules, only to endure the wasted time and lost productivity when you begin to encounter issues? A vast majority of the "problems" with these boards are caused by 2 main culprits -- power supplies, and RAM configuration/type. Much as the myth that Crucial RAM is "incompatible" with these boards, such is the idea that you can "get by" with 2 unbuffered modules.
