Careful. Anandtech forum posts sometimes come up in google searches and if this one comes up higher than Tiger Direct you could be considered an accomplice!

They might have had a chance for some respect if they had filed suit when it first became apparent that the name Tiger was going to be used, rather than waiting until the day before launch. And seriously, given the streak of cat names, it wasn't too hard to see coming

*prays that the courts slam Tiger Direct hard*

Someone has got to put a stop to these frivilous lawsuits. It's way out of control. :|

I don't refer to OS X 10.4 in any way. I only use the word in question to talk about the trademark owner. I was very careful. ;)

The update said the preliminary injunction or whatever would happen after the release. Guess I should pick up a copy this weekend, while I can. :p

How about "Someone has got to put a stop to these stupid trademarks. It's way out of control." ;)

The lawsuit is less frivilous in my opinion than the trademark. :p

How about both? I would agree with you but I still think that the lawsuit is ridiculous.
