Tiger Direct has a better rating than Amazon.com???

What the hell? What's going on? I've always heard that Tiger Direct sucked really, really hard, but everyone says Amazon.com is great. Very confused.

i've found that tigerdirect is actually fine when it comes to products w/o any rebates. You should see dell's rating for a real surprise.
