So I am ordering tickets for Sesame Street Live. I find seats that I like, and continue through the 'you have x minutes' order process to buy them. I print out each step of the way because I was suspicious on page 2 when it didn't repeat the seats I had selected. Sure enough, on page 3 they had changed the seats... after they put the order through.
No Cust.Service open on Sunday mornings either. The seats are in the same row, but not the ones we picked... I suppose I could get a full refund but man, that just t's me off.
Oh well, we all know ticketmaster sucks, I just felt like sharing.
Hopefully our daughter enjoys the performance... she loves Elmo!
