It was about 9am in the morning on Friday, I was in the car pool lane (far left lane), while cars in the other lanes where traffic was moderate were going around 70..and the roads dry and the sun out making for ideal driving conditions..and with literally not a car in sight in front of me, I was pulled over by a CHP officer was in the far right lane who apparently pulled out and paced me for a few seconds and ticketed me.
Anyone here ever try the the ticketassassin.com method for fighting tickets for freeway tickets? I've gotten 3 in the past, 2 for speeding..have fought all three and won using the mail-in method, but the two speeding ones were for violating the basic speed limit, while this maximum speed one seems harder to fight. It seems like it's worth a try if I'm going to be granted traffic school anyway, but was just wondering what others' success were like.
And to all those who feel obligated to point out that blah blah I was speeding and should own up to it, I certainly do, and agree I was violating the law as stated..so make your post and move on.
