Ti4600 card problem caused by MB?

Hey Guys. I just recieved a Ti4600. I installed it and booted the pc to find that my KDS monitor doesn't find a video signal. My MB is a REV.1.0 ASUS A7N8X deluxe. I also tried restoring/saving the bios to default properties but that didn't help. The strange thing is that my AGP ATI 9000 works fine.

The 4600 is a working card since Bartman39 tested it himself in his EPOX (8RDA I think) NFORCE2 board and had no problems.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks...

Every KDS monitor I ever used didn't like my old MSI ti4600. I would get crazy color flickerings. And I had to have the db15 cable hanging off the cards db15 connector, it had to be jusssst right or the image wouldn't show

That's the sickest crap I've seen so far! But you are exactly right. I re-adjusted the connected and the stupid thing works as long as the connector is barely on! Looks like I'll be shopping for a new monitor for Christmas:disgust:

Thanks Mario!!!

Just to let you know... I fixed the problem by adding a db15 cable extension between them. Works perfectly now. Weird...

Thanks Mario...
