I am looking to purchase a nice high end 19" LCD and I presently have a GeForce Ti4400. Can I expect any problems or will my video card put out fine? I am looking at LCD around 20 second response time.

I hope to all things holy and computer geek worthy that you meant 20ms, not 20 seconds response time. It'd get really tiresome to use a computer where nothing happened on your monitor for 20 seconds all the time.

But you shouldn't have any issues with it. The GeForce 4 Ti 4x00 series were good cards. The 4400 shouldn't blink at doing anything with the monitor. Gaming performance might suffer a little bit, but nothing terrible.

You shouldn't have any problems then, and the DVI+LCD will produce a better image if you used the LCD monitor on the VGA out.

just for clarification, he meant "DVI+LCD will produce a better image THAN if you used the LCD monitor on the VGA out"

ie, dvi is better than vga :)
