Ti4200 + Zalman ZM80D-HP = compatible ?

I read a few reviews on the Zalman ZM80D-HP video card cooling kit and I am looking into getting one. My concern is whether or not the kit will be compatible with a Ti4200 video card. Any ideas?
 
Yes it is. You get 2 blocks, one that fits the Ti4200's mounting holes and one that fits the other cards like my 9500pro.
