Ti4200 with 64MB or 128MB ?!?!

Okay, about to buy a Gainward Ti4200. Can't decide on memory. They make a killer 64MB board with 3.3ns memory. A sure overclocker. Their 128MB board is rated at 4ns.

I don't run anything over 1024x768, 32-Bit color, 2x AA.

Help!!!!
