Ti4200 Tv-Out Problems...

My TV-out used to work fine on my Geforce Ti4200, then I formatted, installed newest drivers for everything, and now the image on my tv 'shakes' and it is locked at 60hz refresh rate. Anybody know how to fix this? I just ordered a Hauppage TV 250 and SnapStream, and want to have this working by the time I get it so that I can actually watch/record TV on it without going blind.

Try older drivers. And be glad you don't have an older Abit GF4 trying to use newer drivers.

I will vouch for this. I have an AsusTek V9280, which is a GF4 Ti 4200 chipset. It's been working well on my AsusTek A7V8X and the past few weeks it stutters. It stops, clicks monitor modes, and clicks again. Now it does this all the time, even rebooting or crashing to 640x480 mode. 3D is impossible to use, and even normal Windows activities that are non-video-intensive are a problem.

Currently I will be dealing with Asus with warranty since I'm registered and within the three year mark.

So you say it stutters at 60Hz? I may have to look into that.
