TI4200 pixelates, loses picture during BF1942

I was at a LAN party a few weeks ago and while we played Unreal tournament, BF1942, and Quake III my vid card began freaking out during BF1942, but not the other two. The environment would disappear: mountains, vehicles, people, but I could always see myself. This is the only time I have issues with the vid card at all. What can be done? It is a BFG Ti4200 128mb DDR.

EDIT: No overclocking done.
 
The 52.16s have issues with Desert Combat. Are you playing Desert Combat? Regardless, download the leaked 53.03 drivers from Guru3d.com - They have a lot of fixes, including fixing issues with BF1942
