TI4200 Flickers, then crashes

Recently my Asus Ti-4200 64meg has started to randomly in windows flicker once or twice, then all the sudden the screen freezes and the system reboots, I first thought it was my card, then i thought it could be the cheap psu, so i unhooked a few drives and everything was fine, so i replaced the case and psu with an Antec Alienware type case and a ThermalTake 420watt psu, and the problem is coming back, any suggestions, please!!!!!

Before I go buy a new motherboard, so I can raise the agp voltage can someone shed some light it shouldnt only be happening to me, I have plenty of cooling.

Does the monitor reset, as if it's changing resolution, right before it crashes? What driver are you using, and have you used any 43.xx drivers ? What O/S? Have you tried using this driver cleaning utility? Print out the instructions supplied with the utility, and follow them carefully.

i have pny 64m ti4200, and i have the same problem !!
CAN ANYONE SOLVE THIS ???
i installe the newest driver , DX 9 ..........

I have a Gainward GF4 Ti4200 and having the same problem... in games, screen turns white and it reboots. I'm even at stock clock specs, 250/444

I tried increasing AGP voltage and it didn't help at all.

I'm using the 40.72 Detonators.

I have the exact same problem with my PNY Ti4200 64mb card. There were no problems initially with my ECS KS5A Pro board. When I switched over to the MSI KT4 Ultra board (KT400 chipset), the problems started. Also, when I was installing a fresh copy of windows, the video was fine until I installed the Via Hyperion drivers for the chipset. Does anyone know if there's a conflict between the KT400 chipset and the PNY Geforce Ti4200? Also, the people with problems, what chipset is your motherboard using?

I've been seeing lots of these "my GeForce4 doesn't work right" threads... I'm becoming tempted to switch to the "underdog" of video cards, ATI, as I have with processors years and years ago.
