ti4200 cpu bottleneck

i am planning of buying geforce4 ti4200 card, will my 1Ghz cpu get bottlenecked, if yes then will setting the card at moderate detail help solving the problem??

If you mean will your CPU be the bottleneck, then yes it will.

You can do worse than having a 1GHz CPU, but the card should perform nicely. You definaltely wont see comparable fps or benchies as a higher end DDR system, P4 or AMD.
Turning down eye candy will always speed things up a bit.

Keys
