1) Click on your start button and go to RUN
2) type in dxdiag.exe
3) Click on Display Tab
4) Disable Direct3D Acceleration
5) Exit and reboot your computer
6) Upon reaching desktop, go back to dxdiag.exe
7) Re-enable Direct3D Acceleration
Done... and I'm not a rocket scientist
