Ti4200 128mb seems slower than my G2 GTS 32mb

I did a format and reinstall. 41.09 Nvidia drivers. 8x apg drivers for the card. Windows 2000. I play alot of American's Army, I normally got 30 frames. Now I get alot less than that 12 - 15 alot of the time.

Any ideas?

Don't know that game but check the gfx settings and do bear in mind having a GF2 installed and then a GF4TI may prove to be problematic. Ensure things like AA, AF and Vsync are disabled in both game and gfx card settings. Try reinstalling the drivers and then DX8/9, maybe mobo drivers too. Other than that be sure you are upping the res and keeping detail settings the same (some games adjust them automaticly for a faster card).
