Ti200 - no support for dual displays?

Seeing how most of these cards are fitted with two video outs (albeit one dvi) and a tv-out I thought it would have some kind of TwinView feature, but I tried with a dvi-vga adapter, but I can only clone the main display.. what's up with that????????
