TI-83+ USB drivers failing in Win2k

I can't get the USB drivers for TI's Graph Link working. If anyone knows of how to configure this for Win2k, it would be appreciated. I can't find any new drivers on the internet, if there are any.

The device shows up, however, my device manager keeps telling me that the drivers aren't loaded properly. I've reinstalled and rebooted a number of times.
