Ti/550 XP Golden Sample

Anyone know if this has the same image quality as Gainwards GF3 PowerPack oldensample as seen on anandtec?

Actually I can't find for just a e-store has sell this type.
May be it's not been mass producted yet?
It is said Ti550/XP has the same feature as standard GeForce3 : TVOut, DVI and VIVO
The differences are : faster 3.8ns memory and Titanium type.
Ti550/XP is faster than GeForce3 Power Pack, Ti500/XP is about 15% faster than GeForce3
And about the quality, honestly I've never read any review or test analysis about it, but I think Gainward will make the same quality (if not better) for a more expensive one isn't it?
