Ti-4200 128MB Weird Problem with WarCraft III

I am using Ti-4200 with 128MB RAM Win2000 SP3
Tried every version of drivers available. Reinstalled the game and DirectX several times.
I still have the same problem.

Card is not O/C. Runs other games like Mafia, GTA III perfectly.

Oh wow. That's really weird. I have the XFX ti-4200 with 128mb ram and win2k SP3. It ran fine for me under the 30.82 drivers and it runs fine for me under 40.72 dets too. What drivers are you using and who is the manufacturer of your card? Also, do you have problems on any other games?
