Question Thunderbird sent email problem

Has anyone had a problem where using Thunderbird their emails just never arrive? I've checked my settings and spoken to my domain server provider (Bluehost) and everything check out. What could Thunderbird be doing that Windows Mail and Outlook don't have a problem with? I'm out of ideas.
