I was trying to export all my contacts from Tbird to Outlook 2003 (gotta use Outlook to sync with my smartphone). Before I was able to figure it out, I had some Windoze error where I kept getting BSOD on startup. So I reinstalled XP on a different drive (I was long overdue anyway). Now I'm even more lost as to how to find and convert the files. I don't care about the old email, just the addressbook. I find a file called abook.mab, which I think is it, but I can't seem to figure out what to do with it, or where to place it to even open it with thunderbird now.... Help!!!

OK, on your computer find the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows login/user name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\<Profile name>\********.slt\. Place your file abook.mab in this folder. Now, when you start Thunderbird it will automatically recognize it as your default address book and you can export it however you want it. Also, I responded to your FS thread and never receieved a response, you still interested in selling the Clie??
