Thunderbird 3, Win XP, Kaspersky 2010

I was running TB 2.x, just fine and then I decided to upgrade to TB 3.

Now TB 3 is not working at all...Well it does start up but I cannot get my mail.
I cannot even create a new account.

Any help?

Any way to DL TB 2.x?
 
Ran into the same issue on Monday when I upgraded from Tb 2 to 3. It flashed a quick warning about not a Kaspersky plugin not being compatible with TB 3, then when it opened my email was gone !! Fix is to uninstall Thunderbird 3, then delete the TB folder found in 'Program Files/Mozilla Thunderbird' and then reinstall TB 3. Open TB 3, and there's your email.
I run Vista Ult., so it is not something that is OS specific, its the combination of Kaspersky 2010 and TB 3.
