It seems ridiculous to me that AMD would hold the 1.3 and 1.33 Thunderbirds back because they feel the 1.2 is already enough competition for the Pentium 4.
The only redeeming part of this article was the following quote:

I was waiting on the 1.33 for my next rig but now it looks like I'll be waiting until the Palomino comes out.
