This board gives me a woody, now I just have to find a bank to rob to pay for it.

If it had integrated SB Live like the MSI K8N Diamond it would be the perfect board.

Analog Devices audio codecs aren't a bad thing, the signal quality being a function of board design attention.

I can't imagine gamers wanting or needing to take advantage of PCI-X or onboard SCSI. That board's not a toy, it's a tool. Can you say workstation board?

I'm with you, waiting for a gaming nForce Professional board with PCI-e (x2 maybe, not necessary) and no onboard SCSI to run up the cost. I'm a gamer primarily, but I would like some serious power at home when I need it.

Times change With dual-cores for desktop coming from both companies, smart money says devs are hard at work on support while we type. I have dual opterons now and life is good just because of the extra multitasking horsepower alone, supporting software&OS+64bit is just mo betta!

There are a few games that are smp already, including SW:Galxies, QIII, and some flight sims. There are more pro apps than that of course but once again, you can rest assured a shatload more for us windoze users will be hitting
