Thumbs up to Thermalright Cooling customer support

Not sure which forum this belongs in so here goes:

Bought a Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme high end air cooler, one of the few air coolers capable of handling an overclocked Devil's Canyon i7-4790k.

Was missing an Intel backplate nylon washer.

Emailed Thermalright customer support, and within the space of a few days received 2 replacement washers in the mail.

Kudos to Thermalright for doing the right thing and great customer support :thumbsup:

Glad to see their standards of support are still high. Way back before the heatpipe days, I had an SLK-800 and accidentally tore one of the adhesive weight distribution pad/bumper things. E-mailed them and had a new set in the same kind of timeframe. I don't typically get support for heatsinks but that left an impression on me.
