Thumbs up for Logitech CS

A dew weeks ago I purchased a Logitech wireless desktop LX710 from Amazon for use with my test computer It is nothing special but for my needs looked like the best answer for $39 after rebate. After installing it I found the mouse scroll wheel would only scroll down the page and would skip and basically not scroll back up.
I contacted Logitech CS via their e-mail system on a Sunday afternoon and reported the problem, within 5 hours I was contacted by their rep. who asked me to try 1 thing (I did try it on another system and the same problem existed). I reported this and he agreed that it was a mouse problem and he immediately made arrangements for replacing the mouse.
Yesterday I received an entire new in box keyboard, mouse, transmitter set from which I used the new mouse (which now works perfectly). At no time have they asked for the return of the original set so it seems I now have a spare wireless keyboard and transmitter. During the whole process I felt like they were professional and wanted to make it right, and the problem was resolved in a more than fair way and in a week. It seemed the least I could do to let the board members know when a company does take care of problems and in my book Logitech is doing it well.

yea i have also had great luck with them, i dont normally get the replacement overnight but they have sent me 2 mice when i have had them die within warrenty

Yup, they just send replacements since shipping it back to them would cost more than the product itself.
When you make cheap stuff, you can do stuff like that.
